I wound up cutting last night...I know that it is probably really dumb but that show really triggered and all I saw in my head was blood..and my wrists ACHED...i'm sure you guys know what I am talking about...Now my case manager is on her way here so I'm gonna have to hide it...Which it shouldn't be that hard...I don't know I feel so stupid for doing it
